A team of four.

Meridian Connect is a four-person operations firm: two senior event ops leads, one researcher, one engagement manager. We've worked together since 2018, before that at agencies and conference platforms you might recognize.

We collaborate with a small group of trusted designers, writers, and developers. We don't subcontract operating work.
